By purchasing access to one of our custom GPTs, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Service Scope

• You are purchasing access to a custom GPT configuration hosted on the ChatGPT platform by OpenAI.

• Access is provided via a link and requires that you create and maintain a free ChatGPT account.

•  Availability of the GPT depends on the ChatGPT platform, over which we have no control.

AI Disclaimer

• The GPTs provided are for informational and educational purposes only.

• Responses generated by the GPT do not constitute professional advice (including but not limited to medical, legal, financial, or business advice).

• You should independently verify any information before acting on it. Using the GPT does not replace consultation with qualified professionals.
  
  

Liability Limitation

• The custom GPTs are offered “as is” and “as available.”

• We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, reliability, or suitability of any responses.

• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from use of the GPT, including but not limited to reliance on its outputs.

• Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the GPT is to discontinue use.
  
  

Platform Dependence

• The GPTs operate within the ChatGPT platform owned by OpenAI.

• We are not responsible for any outages, technical disruptions, account suspensions, or other issues with OpenAI’s services or third-party dependencies.

• Our commitment is to maintain our account and keep the GPT configuration active. Beyond that, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
  
  

User Responsibilities

• You agree to use the GPTs responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws.

• You may not use the GPTs for harmful, illegal, or misleading purposes.

• You are responsible for reviewing and assessing the outputs before use.
  
  

Intellectual Property

• All custom GPT configurations are our intellectual property. You are granted access for personal or business use, but resale, redistribution, or unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
  
  

Refunds
